Where will the conference be held?

It will be held at The Tower, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1LD, United Kingdom

The evening entertainment on 16 October, which will be in the form of a drinks and canapés networking reception, will be held in the Tower Bridge Walkway-a short walk away from the conference venue.

What is the conference registration fee and what does it include?
  • Advisory Program Members - Registration fee is waived for two people per enrolled company.
  • The conference fee includes complete conference materials, as well as admission to all sessions, social events and meals. Hotel accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for paying for their own travel and hotel expenses and for booking their own accommodation.
May I invite other people from my company to attend the conference?

Additional people from your company may attend the conference. They must register on the registration page of this website and make their own hotel reservations.

What is the deadline for registrations?

Registration for the conference should be made no later than Tuesday, 7 October 2008.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are non-refundable.

What is your policy on transferring registrations?

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please call +44 (0) 20 7398 9018 if you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague.

How can I make hotel reservations?

Please call The Tower directly on +44 (0) 20 7481 2575 or visit www.guoman.com. A limited number of reduced-rate rooms are available at this hotel. In order to qualify for the discounted rate of £195.00 (rate is per room, per night, including breakfast and VAT), please quote booking reference HACK151008 when booking your accommodation by phone with the hotel. The Tower does not guarantee this rate after 10 October 2008.

Will conference presentations be available after the conference?

All conference presentations will be available for 60 days beginning Tuesday, 21 October. Location for download will be provided to conference delegates after the event.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Recommended attire for all sessions and social events is business casual.
