Procedures for Handling Complaints About Accounting and Auditing Matters
The Audit Committee of the Board of Driectors has established procedures for (i) receipt, retention and treatment of complaints received by the Company regarding accounting controls or auditing matters and (ii) the confidential, anonymous submission by associates of the Company of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters. Messages delivered to the following telephone number, email or mailing address seen below are forwarded directly to the General Counsel of the Company who will then communicate the messages to the Audit Committee. The messages will not be received by Company management.
